A branding retainer is perfect for those who know that they will need design services throughout the year and want to reserve a creative professional's time, vision and experience.

Since its purpose is to retain the designer on a monthly basis, it is pre-paid for each month before the work is ordered. Essentially, you are "pre-ordering" time versus a service. After discussing together your work scope we decide on the number of hours that fit your business creative needs. I will allocate the approved number of hours in my schedule each month.

This gives me the ability to plan my workload accordingly. Which gives you the certainty of a pre-established amount of work each month on a create set schedule of tasks. How do we work under a Retainer program?

Once you sign the contract, the first retainer fee is paid, I will set up all your projects needed for the month in my client service dashboard. At the beginning of every week we set up a meeting to discuss the work for the coming week and decide on the work to be finished. We will repeat the process each month for the remainder of the program you selected.
